URL Forge provides URL shortening, tracking, and analytics services. The Service allows you to create shortened URLs, track link performance, generate QR codes, and access analytics dashboards. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and limitations.

Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Free Plan: The Individual plan is free and includes up to 100 URLs per month with basic features.

Paid Plan: The Teams plan costs $10 per user per month and includes unlimited URLs and advanced features.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Link to illegal content or prohibited materials
• Abuse, harass, or threaten others
• Circumvent security features or rate limits

We reserve the right to remove any links that violate this policy without notice.

Our IP: The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by URL Forge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the URLs and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

Your Data: You own all data you input into the Service, including URLs, analytics, and account information.

Data Portability: You may export your data at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Data Retention: Upon account deletion, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. During this period, you may request data restoration.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URL FORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URL Forge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Seattle, Washington.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
